In this episode, comedy truly meets the stars! While Ricky auditions for a movie role, Lucy and the Mertzes go to the Brown Derby where her idol, William Holden is having lunch. She gawks at him; he embarrases her by gawking back. When Holden gives Ricky a ride home from the studio, Ricky asks him up to meet his biggest fan - Lucy. She tries to disguise herself with glasses and an oversize putty nose (which manages to catch on fire). But Holden doesn't let on he's already met the zany redhead. Barbie is dressed in a black overdress studded with rhinestones and tied at the neck over a tan pantsuit; oversize rhinestone-studded glasses complete the outfit.
