Goddess of the Sun - Bob Mackie
Birds greet her with song, butterflies dance, and festivals are held in her honor. Light radiates from her. She is the Goddess of the Sun.
Some say she rides a chariot across the sky. Others believe she sails in a golden boat.
Her gown sparkles with encrusted beading and sequins that crisscross the bodice, then swirl down the skirt and encircle the hem.
Her resplendent collar rises like flames around her. Golden embroidery outlines each flame; a border of embroidery encloses sequins and beads that flicker in the center, echoing the radiance of her gown.
Her hair is colored an unusual golden yellow, then swept up into three curls above a magnificent headpiece accented with two golden rhinestones. Delicate gold tone earrings in the shape of suns dangle near her face. Her skin is a golden tan. Two shades of green seem to give her eyes a penetrating quality.
